Nestled on our private ranch in beautiful DeLeon Springs, Florida, Scorpion Ranch offers a peaceful, natural setting for intimate weddings, family gatherings, and unforgettable celebrations. Surrounded by wide-open pastures, majestic oak trees, farm animals, and the quiet beauty of the countryside, our venue was created for those who want something more meaningful than a traditional event space. Here, every celebration feels personal, relaxed, and connected to nature.
Scorpion Ranch is the lifelong dream of husband and wife, Rebekah and Ernesto. After years of hoping and planning, they found their piece of paradise and moved to the ranch in 2019. What started as a dream of living a simpler, more intentional life has grown into a place they're honored to share with others.
As parents of seven children and proud grandparents, family has always been at the center of everything they do. They believe some of life's greatest moments happen around the dinner table, in the garden, caring for animals, or gathering with loved ones to celebrate life's milestones. That belief is what inspired them to open the ranch for weddings, birthdays, showers, reunions, and other special occasions—creating a place where other families can make memories that will last a lifetime.
Living on the ranch has also deepened their commitment to a more natural way of life. They believe God has provided so many of the things we need through His creation, and they strive to live as simply and sustainably as possible. Their family grows seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs, raises happy, well-cared-for animals, and harvests many of the natural ingredients used throughout their daily lives.
That same philosophy inspired the creation of the Scorpion Ranch Shoppe. Rather than filling their home with products made from long lists of synthetic ingredients, Rebekah and Ernesto began creating simple, handcrafted alternatives using ingredients they know and trust. Many of the herbs, botanicals, beeswax, eggs, and other farm-grown ingredients used in their products come directly from the ranch, where everything is cultivated with care and purpose.
Their hope is to share not only a beautiful place to celebrate life's biggest moments, but also a way of living that values family, faith, hard work, and the gifts that nature provides.
